Famous Bikes on Movies and TV shows
Some bikes achieve the distinction of a classic by being limited editions or by showing extraordinary performance. Others, however, have gained iconic celebrity status thanks, in part, to their association with famous TV shows and movies.
Many popular Movies and TV shows of the ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, and even ’90s were complemented by a signature motorcycles that made a lasting impression on audiences. Sure, they are not luxurious nor concept motorcycles. Whether they were notable for their superior performance, or for the superior performers who drove them, superbly modified and designed to be wacky variations of production-level motorcycles, these bikes made a lasting impression on TV audiences.
In order for a bike to make our list, it must have appeared in a majority of the show’s episodes, made enough waves to be considered a character in itself and, finally, it must have been popular enough that men dreamed of owning it.
With this in mind, we whittled down the list to the fine classic TV motorcycles. Enjoy.
